Our Courier Partners

We work with different logistics and courier partners depending on the state you're ordering to, so we can always use whoever delivers most reliably in your area.

If you're a registered customer, you can track your order anytime using the Track Order option on our website.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the day your order is confirmed.

Delivery may occasionally take longer if delayed by a government authority or anyone acting on its behalf. Such delays are beyond our control.

If we're unable to deliver your order within this period, we'll cancel it and issue your refund through the same payment method you originally used.

We only work with trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. ID verification from the recipient may be required at the time of delivery.

Insurance

Every order is fully insured by Desai Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. until it reaches you. From the moment it leaves us until it is delivered, your purchase remains completely protected.
