Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Every order is subject to stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order at any stage.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded without interest.

Delivery

An order is considered delivered once dispatched via courier to the address provided by you. Every shipment includes an invoice.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Insurance

All shipments are covered by third-party transit insurance. Claims for loss or damage during transit must be made directly with the insurer. We will assist by providing necessary documentation where required.

Warranty

Products are considered defective only in the case of genuine manufacturing or material defects. Minor variations from website images are not treated as defects.

Where applicable, repair or replacement will be offered before any other legal remedy.
